Comic Relief

Kevin Yong will again be providing support to Comic Relief, this time is evaluating the potential benefits of adopting a hot-desking approach in their office and determining how best to do so without impacting on its delivery and culture. 
 

The work will involve analysing data on occupancy rates, researching how other similar organisations have adopted hot-desking and putting together recommendations for the directors to consider.

Comic Relief would be one of the first charitable organisations in the UK to adopt this approach in their offices, reflecting its position as a flexible, innovative organisation.
